2011 Bucks for Books Scholarship to honor Angela Felt

 The 2011 scholarship, awarded to Heather Mengert of Bensalem School District, was given in memory of Angela Felt, who passed away June 21, 2010.  Angela served as a teacher librarian at Faust Elementary in the Bensalem School District.  As a former member of the BCLA Steering Committee, Angela was a well-known leader throughout Bucks County.
